For Your School Garden | Print |  E-mail

Welcome, teachers!

This curriculum was designed for use in a garden program to teach students about science, based on the California State Content Standards.  Divided by grade level (K-5), each grade level has at least four garden-based lessons as well as hands-on investigation or experimentation.  The investigations are the last lessons in each grade level and meet the Investigation and Experimentation standards.  At the top of each lesson, look for the subject, topics, duration and links to lesson materials.  Every lesson also includes a binder-clip key, which specifies the lesson objectives, materials and content standards.

Enjoy using these activities to watch your garden and students grow!
